Thing is, nobody's gonna think like you because you're white and is constantly surrounded by white people. There's clearly bias.
It's like me saying: how can people think all black people lookalike? Our hair textures/styles are different (kinky, dreadlocks, braids, natural, relaxed, afro, weave), we come in different shades (light, mixed, brown, dark and caramel) we have difference shaped noses, can be big or small or flat or pointy. Our lip sizes can be large, plump, top heavy, bottom heavy, or basically large or small. Our eye colour is mostly brown but some black people have hazel or light brown eyes.
But I know the average Asian or white person isn't going to see that because they're not surrounded by black people like i am on a constant basis.

Yes, yesss. A white person might go "they have the same hair/eye color and dark skin so they look alike to me"
No, there are so many different features to look for in a person that isnt blaringly obvious like hair or eye color. You're just not used to it.

if you know one redhead Stacy who works where you work, then you can always easily identify her just by looking at her hair color, since redheads are rarer.

Or say half the white people at your workplace have dark hair and half have light hair. You can identify someone by their hair color easier by cutting out 50% of the possibilities of who it could be just by looking at their hair.

Since most Asians have black hair, we can't use hair to tell our fellow people apart and therefore rely far more on body shape/facial features. Of course, we have different hair cuts too so it's not an issue
