No it isn't. ITZ has a lot of vocal effects. Probably her worst album vocally from her prime. Actually, I'd put Blackout & Circus over it too in that regard ngl.
Why don't people understand that this time of the year will never be good for a Britney residency in Vegas?? Literally the majority of her fanbase is in school and doesn't have time to be going on Vacations
