He is not going to win, so Swift has to do nothing! You cannot copyright common usage phrases; You can trademark them but not copyright them. And when you have a trademark it applies to merchandise being sold with those words! Also, the only way this dude has a case, is if the songs are similar in melody and structure! There is no similarity whatsoever! Another factor is that this Braham character is representing himself in court! Why? Probably because most lawyers will not take his case!
