RED is great, but it has a lot of duds, and by duds I mean the worst songs of her career. Yet, the other half has some of the best songs of her career. 1989 is a lot more cohesive and every song is listenable, unlike the other.

1989 is more cohesive, and, as a whole, I enjoy listening to it more from start to finish, but the highs on Red are too high for me not to love it more. Both are absolutely incredible though.
