I forgot to put my review in here:
I'm not inclined to say that this is one of a greatests film of the decade, i'll just say it's one of the year's very best, but ultimately, it really made me feel good.

It took awhile for me to get invested in the story, perhaps because Matt Damon inherently bores me most of the time. There were a couple of older ladies sitting in front of me, and they seemed to be laughing the most at the jokes.

Like expected i couldn't get his character from "Interstellar" out of my head, i even thought of "Saving Private Ryan"

(Damon plays Ryan remember? a guy they have to save during the war, just like they to save Mark in this one)
Anyway, I think that the film found a good balance between time on Mars (where things thankfully stayed eventful and interesting) and back on Earth. The people back at NASA provided much-needed offset and kept it from turning into "Castaway" in space. And I really liked Jessica Chastain as the mission commander, even if she and the others on board weren't given much time to develop.
Glad to see Ridley Scott doing good work again.

I'm really shocked at the stability of the movie at the US box office, there's not much competition but still
