I thought so too, but if I remember correctly she was faced with a few potential suits with her previous mixtapes & tracks like "Harlem Shake" & "Venus". :/
I'm not sure of the mechanics. But I think she mentioned the possibility of being sued in one of her recent video chat thing with fans.
I could be blanking & wrong though.I just think that's what the wait is about and why she's apprehensive. She's also not technically allowed to release anything until March. There just seems to be a lot of hurdles at the moment just to get music out.
