Honestly, the song and video is great! She just released it at the wrong time and there's literally no promo. Ariana performed Problem a few days before it was even released, had pre-order up on iTunes for the song, performed it at an award show the day it got out and the countdown was well organized.

She's not a main pop girl, don't forget that guys. People shouldn't expect Katy Perry or Rihanna like numbers, Problem was an exception (because the promo was managed so well).
