Celiné gets my vote, but they're both great vocalists.
Céline has an incredible range, strength, and overall great technicality and use of dynamic. Most of Celiné's success was due to the fact she had such an incredible voice.
Gaga is more versatile, and can transform her voice to accompany the genre of music she's singing, such as pop, jazz, theater, etc.
They're both winners!
