In any case the rhythmic radio format is probably the most stupid of all. It's somewhere in between urban and pop. No one really knows when a song is qualified to be played on rhythmic or not. Take away rhythmic airplay and airplay is suddenly a lot closer to actual digital sales. Right now it's nothing but an instrument to give black artists an unfair advantage.

Rhythmic stations should be divided into pop and urban. The format contributes to racial segregation in the United States and should be outlawed.

Black artists don't get loadsa digital sales. Their airplay sends them sky high. Look at the iTunes R&B chart - a #1 song there would probably be in the #5 - #15 range on the actual iTunes top 100.
