Whoo thank god someone agrees with me. I live in Canada and people here are delusional and think Celine is one of the best vocalists but not to me. I don't think Celine could do an Oscar Sound of music performance.
Celine has that weird nasal placement and shotty larynx control but her mixed voice is pretty damn good and she has great breath control.
Gaga doesn't use voice in the same way Celine does, she doesn't belt the **** out of songs like Celine and focuses more on phrasing with ornaments and accessories like vibrato (as of C2C).
I'd say Celine is the better vocalist but Gaga is the better musician/singer.

Celine has immaculate technicality and control over her voice.
But Gaga is absolutely AMAZING vocally too and she controls her voice amazingly as well.
This is honestly the toughest comparison ever but I will go with Celine.
