I think the artists are strong to being nominated to Best New Artist are: Laura Izibor, Ida Maria, The Veronicas, Zac Brown Band, Shinedown and Diane Birch!

A lot of seem to be under the impression that this is the VMAs.
While a lot of our favorite artists are submitted, the chances of them actually being nominated are slim and the chances of them winning are practically nonexistent.

Seriously guys? More than likely the categories will have 1 or 2 of our favorites with some random ass alternative group, folk music and indie ****. It's the Grammy's. It's "serious".

I think most people are realistic in their mind, but what's wrong with being a bit excited and having a bit of fun in this thread with everyone's "favourites"? Just because the awards are serious doesn't mean we have to be with our predictions.
