I'm not sure if you're joking, but it's really sad how many people actually believe this.
An erection does not equal consent. An erection is an entirely involuntary action, as any boy who's woken up with morning wood or who's had to hide an embarrassing boner in front of the class will tell you. Sometimes women come when they're being raped, does that make their rape any less legitimate? (The answer is no)
