San Francisco is really nice, there's a huge array of places you can visit there: Pier 39, Union Square, Japantown, Chinatown, etc.

There's so many!
There's the obvious New York/LA/Chicago.
San Fransico, Seattle, Portland, Boston, Las Vegas are all great.
Austin, Denver, and Pittsburgh are kind of under-rated
