Haven't done for quite a while..
My mum took them but she kept feeling really tired during the day and ended up napping all day too, however she has now stopped because of that.

I have Ambien but I only take them when I'm having severe insomnia, like if I'm still awake 4am+, they work well and I haven't had any side effects that I'm aware of, I know some people do some crazy things tho
