Yes I do. There's plenty of online stores once I finished from my basket purchase and head to check point, they direct me to create a paypall account which we don't have in my country. I try to check in the visa card option but it doesn't work.

You need a credit/visa card.

Where are you shopping? Use Amazon. I've never used paypall in my life and I shop online all the time.

Are you looking at international stores or where are they based from? If you can find any kind of store in the Middle East that will accept your Visa that would be better, it make take a bit of digging on Google though. If you've already done that, I really don't know what to say. Are you positive the stores will ship to your country? You could try making an account based in another country, or you can buy pre-made PayPal accounts based in the UK or the US (illegally), but that won't matter if they won't ship to your real address.

You could ask a local salon to order the products that you want, they might have more access.
