You usually just type in your card number, security code and expiry date.
TIP: Make sure it has the padlock symbol to make sure it's a legit payment and a legit site.

U.S is a developed country, whether you think so or not.
You can buy a prepaid debit card. It should be available at Walmart, Target, Walgreens, etc. Fill it up with some money on a machine in the store or the clerk will do it for you, then you can use it online. You have to be 18 to get one without consent, if you aren't of age.
