Not sure about the exact iTunes peak but pretty sure it's out of the top 100. Currently in the 800s, I think. It has spent 2.5 weeks on the pop radio chart.
I have never been so pressed towards an underperforming era and album than with Emotion. This record is deserving of so much more and it's just really mismanaged and overlooked which is extremely upsetting.
I hope Carly is still very proud of the work she's done. This record is so strong and has so much replay value. I love "Your Type" and think it's such a great single choice.. Can't wait to see the video.
I want to think that it can still bounce back... if she gets a Grammy nom/win next year, perhaps she can use the exposure and release a new single then (assuming nothing happens before then). She deserves way more recognition, that's for sure.
