Taylor didn't let any stone turned without trying to be the biggest star, and while she nearly made it, Adele outshone her whole era in 3 days. Is Taylor gonna write Bad Blood 2.0? I'm not a fan of Taylor but she didn't ruin her. Taylor still got her sales, her #1s and her era was just about done anyway. I doubt that swifties have anything to worry about.
Adele didn't "ruin" Taylor because Taylor is still very successful but Adele did beat her because the public got tired of Taylor's antics. They saw Adele as something refreshing.
