SLY stalled at #2 on Top 40 because it was a ballad. Was the dance remix serviced to that format? Hello is so great I hate to hear it destroyed by a remix like AOM last year, but an Urban/Rhythmic leaning remix in place of a cookie cutter EDM remix wouldn't be as bad. NO RAPPERS of course, but maybe adding a beat similar to Royals could work with Hello for a Rhythmic and stubborn Top 40 stations without completely ruin the song. I think Urban AC will play it as is, but this kind of remix might help there and Spanish stations. I'd rather not have a remix, but adding bass and drums to give an Urban feel is preferable to a turbo dance track edition of Hello.
