Chicken ain't much better sis.
If you ever want chicken, I suggest buying organic or chicken not given growth hormones, etc

Before any vegans come to drag.
Quote:
“What we do know is that avoiding red meat in the diet is not a protective strategy against cancer,” said Robert Pickard, a member of the Meat Advisory Panel and emeritus professor of neurobiology at Cardiff University. “The top priorities for cancer prevention remain smoking cessation, maintenance of normal body weight and avoidance of high alcohol intakes.”.

“This decision doesn’t mean you need to stop eating any red and processed meat. But if you eat lots of it you may want to think about cutting down. You could try having fish for your dinner rather than sausages, or choosing to have a bean salad for lunch over a BLT.”

“A much bigger risk factor is obesity and lack of exercise,” she said. “Overall, I feel that eating meat once a day combined with plenty of fruit, vegetables and cereal fibre, plus exercise and weight control, will allow for a low risk of colorectal cancer and a more balanced diet.”
|
Quote:
“The IARC says you can enjoy your yoga class, but don’t breathe air (class 1 carcinogen), sit near a sun-filled window (class 1), apply aloe vera (class 2B) if you get a sunburn, drink wine or coffee (class 1 and class 2B), or eat grilled food (class 2A). And if you are a hairdresser or do shift work (both class 2A), you should seek a new career.”
|
So in short, a lot of things causes cancer but only in large amounts. Very misleading article.

Suit yourself lol, I'm only a believer in this because i've removed processed food for organic. I haven't needed to go to the doctor in 5 years. I went a month ago i'm so healthy. You should test it out, you should feel a difference.
Hopefully Bernie Sanders wins the election.

90% of the world's soy crops are fed to livestock, so it's worth considering the link.

Why are they acting like this is brand new info that just came out today? This is stuff people have known for a very long time but have kept on the DL. This is literally not a secret and I find it a bit weird how they just decided to make it a big news story randomly today.

And? That's because of the sheer amount, even that 10% still covers most of the soy used by humans...
Not to mention that round up is unstable and is broken down super fast after application

tired of people trying to force on me how wrong it is to eat meat.
Im not knocking veganism or anything under anti-norm eating lifestyles. but dont tell me its unnatural to eat a chicken. like back away please. eat your delicious brussel sprouts, ill have some, but theres going to be a steak next to it. not sorry.

Other than that, it seems like doing anything has health risks attached to it these days.

News flash, everything causes cancer, especially if you take too much of it... Even breathing gives you cancer with the polluted air we're breathing
