The issue with this argument is that we don't know what the new terms entail. They may not change anything for the people that upload videos. It's just a legality that they have to sign off on it (because they're entirely restructuring the format of pay, it's kind of necessary). If someone doesn't sign onto it, then it's like a YouTuber not accepting the terms when they first uploaded their video. There's not much difference. Calm down.
Also, again, ad revenue is all sent to Google and then they distribute the checks. YouTubers don't get directly paid from ads.
