personally i dont think its racist per se to put black color on your face, as long as you dont mock it or go as some kind of stereotype. i also wouldnt care if black people put white color on their face.

it would look weird on a white body first of all
second of all its racist if youre going as a black person to have that makeup in the same way that it's racist to wear a KKK uniform. if you're putting some black makeup on your face as part of a costume like a tear or a freckle or something, that's not racist tho
