Before I leave the house, I always check if the oven is off and the doors are locked twice. If I don't, I worry all day that my house will be burnt to ashes or robbed when I get home .

I have misophonia which is basically where you have strong feelings of anger triggered by certain sounds, with me its mostly the sound of people eating so anytime I'm around people and we are about to eat I always feel really anxious beforehand

I always lose it. It's irrational too like when I hear sounds of retching or gagging I want to panic.
