I hope she does. He seems sketchy and his productions aren't great. I don't think she has though and he's probably just had a down year.

I mean, it's possible that some artists and songwriters/producers are keeping their distance from him because of the scandal.

But mainly, his recent material has been pretty bad too. The Becky G stuff, the Pinkprint tracks, the song he did for Fifth Harmony - none of it is that good.

What is the point of being able to release music if you can't get smash hits, when your sole purpose is to make radio friendly smash hits? Looking at the production discography it's clear to see when the smashes were happening and when they weren't.

2010? Yes.
2011? Check.
2012? Sure.
2013? A few.

What about post Kesha?

2014? Not as much.
2015? Like one, if that.

More people are going to the likes of Max Martin, Shellback, Greg Kurstin, Ryan Tedder, Benny Blanco, StarGate, Ilya, Savan Kotecha, Ammo etc. for hits. Luke's place in the game is done.

I think Katy is still working with him (they did a Xmas song together) so it's possible he'll continue to score some hits through her. But yeah, Luke definitely isn't what he was a few years ago. His taste has always been somewhat generic and it shows in his music. Max & his Swedes have pretty much dethroned him.
