Is this all that is out there?
No, we can see the sun and the moon with naked eye, so this is enough proof that our planet is not 'all that is out there'
Just a mere 7 continents?
The most widely accepted number is 7, yes. Although a lot of geographers tend to break it down to 6 or 5. It depends on how you want to classify or divide the planet, really.
Are we just a drop of sand in a mass realm of other societies and worlds?
We're even smaller than a drop of sand when we're compared to the vastness of the Universe. We're like a faded dot. We're basically insignificant.
Is there another species out there living that we have not one clue about?
Absolutely, it's ridiculous to think that we're the only life in this vastness. We are not special.
