it's not just this pic hon, him in general. unless you've been living under a rock, it's common knowledge he hasn't been playing with a full deck for a while now. he's even admitted it.
and as someone who had issues with depression and was raised by someone suffering from depression, not caring how you look EVER is a good indication that it may be the case
