How when she had a top 10 hit, a top 20 hit, and has lots of media attention. In fact didn't she have more Google searches and attention than Lady Gaga and people said it was "her year". Rihanna is doing just fine. Her recent music has sucked ass so it isn't doing as well as her previous material. Noone is "over" her though.
