So every country in the world is ENTITLED to receive hundreds of millions of dollars from American tax payers money every year? Oh and hate to break it to you but Russia is a MUCH bigger threat to international security than ISIS ever will. Its like comparing the US military to a bunch of teenagers with assault rifles.
