Ashton Kutcher’s scripted model-centric drama The Beautiful Life has been canceled since this past Wednesday’s episode was seen by just 1 million viewers.

After two episodes, The CW gave it the axe, making it the first cancellation of the fall season. According to THR, production was halted Friday while filming its seventh episode.

The news comes shortly after the announcement that the docusoap series about Manhattan socialite Tinsley Mortimer was picked up.

Poor Mischa && the show is not that bad

All those nude poster didn't help much eh? Why cancel this when Melrose Place still keeps on going? Hmmm....

The CW is a mess, they canceled VMars, then Priveleged now this?

Priveleged, Veronica Mars... RIP. I bet they are kicking their ass about cancelling VM. That show got more ratings then most of their current shows I think.

Everything on the CW (the new shows that is) sucks except Gossip Girl.

Smallville and Supernatural belongs to The WB.

Right now, their priorities are mainly set on Tyra.

DUH! it's on at the same time as Glee... Stiff competition!

At this point, these shows are really starting to look the same. The don't have an original twist anymore. This show kind of reminded me of The OC.

bunch of young people living the high life with drama, some concept. Kinda gets old after a while.

as for Melrose Place, Heather Locklear will be returning in Nov. So I'm pretty sure the ratings will up by then. Heather basically saved the original Melrose Place from being cancelled.


In my opinion the only good shows that I watch on the CW now are

90210
Supernatural
Smallville

and the new shows Melrose Place and Vampire Diaries , the rest I don't watch.

The cancel the show after 2 episodes, They were in the middle of shooting the 7 episode when they cancel it.

Have you EVER watched One Tree Hill? AT ALL? Guess not. :-/

And 90210 is one of the biggest disasters I EVER saw on television. Everything about it is awful. It even made me dislike AnaLynne McCord and that's reeeally something.

AND The Beautiful Life is nothing like The O.C. besides the fact Mischa Barton is there supposedly O.D.ing.
