Transexual is a term used for a biological male or female changing their sexual reproductive organs. It has no immediate correlation to gender. Male/Female Has nothing to do with sexual orientation.

Man/Woman Transgender is a term used for social contructs men/women. It's about self identification. "Cis" is a term used for individuals who identify with the gender their natural born sexual reproductive organs is usually assigned with. Example: A man who identifies as a male. Has nothing to do with sexual orientation.

The term "trans" is now more commonly used for both transexuals as well as transgenders because the process isn't immediate, it's a slow transition and a trans man or woman can be in many stages: hormones, post operation, pre operation, breast augmentation, etc. It varies.

Crossdressing is a term used for men/women who enjoy dressing in clothes create for the opposing gender. The difference between crossdressing and drag is that drag is usually created for dramatic performance purposes. Crossdressing is much more casual and just mean wearing the opposite genders clothes in any situation.
