I know but you can do all of that at an actual resort.. why do it on a boat? I think it must be a phobia I just discovered because I don't see the appeal of going on one.
I'm fine with planes because I've been on them since I was a kid, but I can't see myself ever wanting to go on a cruise other than to try something new I guess. But you guys seem to like it so lemme put this on my bucket list to try.
Basically. I just feel like with my luck something would go wrong and I'd think, "Why did I even decide to go on a cruise?" It seems unnecessarily risky.

Mess. Look at statistics for cruises and how many sink, get lost etc. If it was THAT dangerous all cruise liners would be out of business.
That's true, but would you prefer to be on a ship for "X" amount of time stranded over sea than at a resort? I don't get why someone would choose a cruise over flying/driving to somewhere else. Like.. you're stuck on a boat
It's literally a vacation... on a ship. As oppose to going to a city. You're not simply traveling, you're enjoying yourself there while traveling to other locations.
It's essentially a resort on a boat sis. You're not on some cargo ship or something, the inside is pretty big. You get your own room, plenty of stuff to do on the ship (pool area, casino, food, shopping, dancing...etc)
my friends always laugh at me when we're playing gta and they ride around a helicopter over the ocean and I can't look at the screen
everything about large bodies of water terrifies me, especially all that crazy **** in the ocean that we've discovered. I don't even wanna imagine what we haven't discovered
"But after Titanic" Something that happened probably 90 something years before you were born? We have modern technology that would help save passengers on a sinking cruise ship a lot faster than anything that could've been done for the passengers of Titanic back in 1912. There's literally nothing to worry about
