That's kind of cool that people would offer up a kidney for someone like that.
If he was in a life threatening situation, asked for it, and if it wasn't just because he was collecting kidneys, I'd consider it. I'd hate for anybody to be hung out to dry.
I'd probably give my kidney to anyone who needed it if they asked. We only need one after all, so someone who needs a transplant literally needs one of mine more than I do, so it's only fair. So yes, of course I'd give Gaga one of my kidneys if she needed it. But I highly doubt she'd need mine, there's plenty of people close to her she'd ask. This applies to all our faves.
