vocals are impeccable as usual but the arrangement and lyrics I guess are a little cliched?
The chorus and some lyrics sound like a focus group's version of what they'd picture "stereotypical Adele" to sound like.

I agree with this. I listened to it few more times (while not rushing to get ready for school) and her voice gives me chills but the melody sounds uninspired and underwhelming to me, a lot of the soul isnt really present. Maybe it was the surgery? I like the bridge. Anyways the whole world is going to be eating this up. My eardrums aren't prepared for this holiday season
Another update.. Drake under 12%.. if he is selling 140-150K... OMG... I can't even imagine... Number 10 on 4.5%.. selling like 60K? Again.. can't imagine how much she's slaying. YT, Spotify tomorrow, radio and sales... all at once... Can't be more proud.
