Paparazzi would have to scale walls. The buildings they see are only the outer perimeter where her family, team, trusted people, employees, security,... might live. Katy would be in the higher citadel, that's 3 floors above these buildings.

It has more to do with the fact that the person who is trying to sell to Katy has a terrible relationship with the nuns. They would rather sell to someone they trust, which the have decided is this restaurateur for various reasons, none of which are Katy's fault. In terms of up-front cash, Katy is offering 100x more than the other buyer. The other buyer's over-all offer is one million more than Katy's, but if it had to do with that you know Katy would have no problem pulling that out of her purse to get her way.



It's like a ****ing castle on top of some mountain, it's probably super private and secluded.

I love real estate drama. This is actually really interesting. I have a feeling Katy will win this one, she's gonna do what it takes.
