Honest question?

It seems that threads on race - even when it's an ARTICLE from a REPUTABLE SOURCE - are closed for "infringement" even when the OP has taken time to condense the article.

Why can't we have an honest discussion about the race issues in the music industry that allow only white artists to succeed and every other minority left reaching for the scraps, breaking through every once in a while so that the industry can say "oh look we are post-racial because we have a Beyonce or Rihanna" and yet they both debuted over a decade ago?

Is ATRL sponsored by major labels?

Are they upset that their mindless sheep consumers will figure out that everything IS about race if you're releasing music - unless you're white, in which case you're free to release whatever style of music you want and get major label and media support and acclaim.
