I am trying to make gifs in Photoshop CS 6. I can make the gif fine but even setting the delay to 0 causes my gifs play in like slow motion. The video I import is perfectly fine and correct speed. I can't find anything online to fix this. Does anyone know why? Here is an example of a practice gif that is so slow.

^ What ? Lol. I am using the recommended save for web settings for gif. And yes I am resizing the image so it's not a huge file.

where it says 0 sec. select all the frames and change it to like, 0.4

Well, there's your problem

Actually if you're previewing your animation in your current workspace it won't play as smooth, you need to click on "Save for web" to correctly preview how it will really look like.

so its too fast? dear just change the speed to 0.05/0.06 for your liking and it'll all go fine haha.

The normal gif speed delay is always 0.08, not 0.03 or something. Once you are done with that, go to "Save for Web" and check the speed over there.
