Why give up on something thats slaying streams, sales & radio.

And the video might be filmed the month after that.
She is just preparing for the next single. Maybe she has other stuff scheduled and wont able to shoot the video when it has to be done. Knowing Selena she might have another movie lined up before the tour or shooting some more for Neighbors 2.

edit: Whatever the next single is, she'll most likely perform it at the VS Show taping, so we'll know. I think its Hands To Myself.

I am hoping it will be Hands to Myself. But if she choose sober i am okay with it too. The rest can wait.
