These songs hardly come close to being R&B. Sure, Beyoncé sings the R&B genre, but I can't say "urban" because that has too many different definitions. Beyoncé has primarily been considered R&B basically because of Destiny's Child (and even then they were still pop) and her first album.
You may say that
Radio is probably hip-hop because of its lyrics, but that song has so many different elements in it that it is primarily considered Pop because of its sound, and lack of live instruments like Beyoncé usually uses. However - nowadays, music articles and genres worldwide classify Beyoncé as Pop.
Compare Alicia Keys' music to Beyoncé's and you may further understand where I'm coming from.
