I was very happy when I heard she was releasing this - although, I feel this should have been released in the summer time and NOT Ego.

Since she usually puts two singles out at once - I feel Ego and Sweet Dreams should have been scrapped for Video Phone and Radio; Sweet Dreams was leaked months before the CD even came out and it was likely that many of her fans were tired of hearing it already.

will Video Phone be the last single from the album?I still want Radio/Hello or Smash Into You to be released:-\

Billboard wrote a article on this subject. Beyonce dominates airwaves just because of her name. She is one of the few artists who can dominate both airwaves. Her pop songs are gonna chart on R&B just because they wanna play her music. Gaga even charts on RnB.

These songs hardly come close to being R&B. Sure, Beyoncé sings the R&B genre, but I can't say "urban" because that has too many different definitions. Beyoncé has primarily been considered R&B basically because of Destiny's Child (and even then they were still pop) and her first album.

You may say that Radio is probably hip-hop because of its lyrics, but that song has so many different elements in it that it is primarily considered Pop because of its sound, and lack of live instruments like Beyoncé usually uses. However - nowadays, music articles and genres worldwide classify Beyoncé as Pop.

Compare Alicia Keys' music to Beyoncé's and you may further understand where I'm coming from.
