She talked in an interview about wanting Harmony Korine to direct Hands To Myself music video.. so yes, probably HTM

yes it is smart tbh! it assures fans that there will be singles with proper mv's while on tour, eliminating the fear of a tour video lol!
I hope she releases Sober next. it's so smooth and perfect for winter! and then Hands to Myself for spring!
