Obv the game is horrible, Sega does not even list it in its Sonic games
(minus a cameo level in Generations)
is it safe to say this game has been erased from the canon ?
Sega never even releases this game in the xbox marketplace
and I never see it being mentioned ever.
Sonic legit walks like a backwards duck in this game, I threw the controller against the wall
when the camera system kept glitching.
The game was messy but I could enjoy it at some degree, it served some possible Sonic Adventure 3 teas

It's just funny how it all went down. Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 gave so much to my life. So much. It was a never ending source of joy for me in my childhood. Then Sonic Heroes came out......and there was a noticeable decline in quality in some regards, but it made up for it in other ways.
Then after Heroes it was really like aliens came and abducted all the people who ever contributed something of quality to that series and replaced them with a team of clowns. The decline of quality was so sharp, it was so extreme. They just kept hitting new lows even when I thought it wasn't possible. That series did not die in peace, it was a long, drawn-out, cruel death.
Now it's just a corpse. The same series that went toe-to-toe with Mario is a rotting corpse, and all the mourners can do is reminisce on days past and hope for a Sonic Adventure 3 in vain (not that they even have what it takes anymore).
