Lol you are so shallow if you compare E=MC2 songs to Memoirs' ones. E=MC2 is full of catchy, commercial-sounding radio-friendly songs, while Memoirs feature serious, elegant, classic songs that may take time to sink in.
You can only compare Obsessed and IWTKWLI to other songs, because they're standalone singles and thus can be assessed individually. Unless the song has been released as single, you can't compare it individually with other songs.
Take an album track. Angels Cry, for example, may not be even as good as Bye Bye, but it's particularly excellent in the album's context. Together with Angels (interlude), Languishing (interlude) and IWTKWLI it creates something that I believe to be one of the best musical moments Mariah ever has. Could Bye Bye do that ? So posting Bye Bye >>> Angels Cry or Angels Cry >>> Bye Bye is simply ridiculous.

Yes, I do agree Angels Cry did a good job as an album track and delivered the concept, but the song itself is not as good as I expected.

DEAD I didnt even compare both albums like that, since its obvious MOAIA >>> E=MC2,
but in my opinion Bye Bye is a great song and I didnt feel any song in MOAIA like I felt Bye Bye, who knows I might swallow my words soon
