The respected music channel Multishow was supposed to broadcast it live and they have been announcing it for days now with heavy marketing, they just posted this statement on their website:

With only seven hours to the start of TIDAL X 1020, in New York, Multishow was informed that the TIDAL canceled the broadcasting by the channel.
We were surprised and outraged by the lack of respect of TIDAL with the Brazilian public.
The Multishow is a channel recognized by the good relationship with your audience and also with national and international partners.
We regret the incident and apologize to subscribers of Multishow channel.

P.S. Just so you guys know, Multishow was the one who broadcasted Rock in Rio here in Brazil, also Lollapalooza and the majority of big concerts here and around the world.
