Funny that the first episode he isn't a head writer on is the worst of the season so far but that could just be because of the pandering to try and make tracy funny.
I feel like Kate McKinnon is the only cast member left with any kind of Star Power. there havent been any breakouts from SNL since Kristen Wiig and Jason Sudeikis.
Colin was terrible. WU was unbearable with him and Michael. They both need to go.
My current favorites on the show are Kate, Vanessa, Aidy, and Taran. I like Bobby, Kenan, Sasheer and Leslie too. However, Kate is the only one that I enjoy almost as much as Kristen. The only ones I'm not a fan of are Colin, Michael, Kyle and Beck. Kyle & Beck are okay, but Colin & Michael are just the pits.
A source close to the show tells The Hollywood Reporter that the move was Jost's own choice, made to allow him to focus more on the parody newscast he hosts alongside comedian Michael Che.

Lorne is obviously seeing that Jost is a Joke and Weekend Update as a whole is a complete mess.
In new set of promos for Saturday Night Live this weekend, Donald Trump bashed Ben Carson, calling him a "complete and total loser." However, SNL quickly edited out the insult, re-posting the promos a few hours later without Trump's original comment. Source
