If I had to stop and pick out all the things I regret doing/not doing in my life I honestly would feel a tad bit depressed (plus it would take me a couple of hours!); I definitely find myself longing for past events from time to time, wanting to relive them, or to change the course of things. Obviously what is in the past cannot be changed, but at least we've got a very long succession of present moments at our disposal - it's up to us to just move forward, go with the flow and LIVE, savour every moment, instead of dwelling excessively on what has been said or done. I am getting better at doing this.
