She is definitely talented otherwise she wouldn't be the only girl from her generation to have survived so long being successful, and I have seen far worse dancers that ATRL somehow still considers Main Pop Girls She is a natural talent, since her church days she has been honing her craft and that reflects in the worldwide success and dominance that we see today.
