And how is it inappropriate to tell a little girl you hope she lives? "I pray you don't fade away" Obviously means I hope you live to see another day. The girl has cancer which is something you can die from.
Because it's SCARY for a little girl to hear "I hope you don't die" over and over and over sung to her by a massive superstar. It was a beautiful thing but you can see that Chelsea didn't exactly look "happy" during that part.
Britney could never do that because it's hard to lip synch when there's a camera that close to your mouth and you can't even add the name to your fan on the song because it was not pre recorded...
How could an artist NOT do that for a sick fan... specially a little girl? any other HUMAN BEING would... and if it gets promotion out of that it's because there are people like you who seems to fall for it...
