I'm watching the periscope of Costa Rica, and she's lacking a bit. The crowd isn't as vocal as crowds in other videos of other shows in SA were . It's alright so far. They loved Roar and Dark Horse but the two songs in between were really low
Today marks the end of an 18 month journey. 41 countries & 151 shows later, we say goodbye to the Prismatic World Tour. Thank you @katyperry for giving me the chance to be apart of this super special show. You have continually provided me with opportunities that exceed my wildest dreams. It's been a real honor sharing the stage with you! #thatsawrap #overandout. #homewardbound #pwt #backtothegrind
Besides the fact that it was too long, had some disgusting outfit and setlist changes towards the end and barely (?) scraped $200M despite touring for over 18 months, of course. Flawless.

RE: The whole "growing" thing and PRISM being a dark album,
I think she made the right call. PRISM might not have had the consistent success that TD did, but she didn't alienate her fanbase by doing a complete 180, and there were still differences and natural progressions. More ballads and midtempos than on TD, for example. It would have been career suicide to completely ditch the TD sound coming off 8 Top 3 hits with that sound, and releasing her lead not a year later.
But now is the right time. Roar signified the end of the TD sound working for her, Dark Horse gave a taste of things to come. I'm sure she can see this. I'm very excited for the next era and what she's going to do this time.

It did way over 200m$. It's at 195m$ with like 14 unreported dates
this is how we do is katy's most immature song. even last friday night was mature for its sound.
Not at all. Ur So Gay and Peacock are far more immature. Pretty sure kids aren't going to be day drinking or singing Mariah at a karaoke bar. Roar is even more immature than TIHWD. TIHWD is clearly a party anthem aimed at college-aged people.
Ur So Gay and Peacock are targeted to older teens and adults and are way more mature than TIHWD, which is targeted solely towards kids and preteens. No college kids use it despite its lyrics. Roar transcends demographics and topped AC didn't it?
