Chris Brown hands down......this shouldn't even been a question. He gruesomely beat Rihanna (I read the police report). He physically and emotionally scarred her. He did a half-assed public apology and went on Larry King just to save his career. I don't think he's sorry for beating her because his apology doesn't seem sincere. I think he's sorry that the incident was highly publicized and his image is tarnished.

I hope his ne music flops hard. ( I wanna see the movie he did with T.I., though. I think it's coming out January next year).

Kanye was wrong for what he did but that shouldn't have been a shock to anyone. He's known for his public outbursts. He ruined Taylor's big moment and a moment in VMA history (Taylor was the first country artist to win a VMA). He hurt her emotionally but that doesn't compare to physical abuse.

I hated Kanye for like two days after that happened. I like somewhat like hil again. He's way too arrogant, cocky, and outspoken, though.
