Okay, I find it weird how America is acting like Lamar was in Afghanistan and survived a war defending his country.
But no offence, he is responsible for his actions so he ended up in the hospital. I mean, I'm happy he survived but I think America is glamorizing this thing.
If this was in another country, they'll be dragging him or paying him dust.
Can anyone explain to me what's going on? Is this supposed to be an "inspiring" story? Am I missing something?
Not sure the GP are its just the media looking for another story. Plus the Kardashians are involved & media blogs love that cause they get tons of hits.
Because he's lived a troubled life and it's always tragic to see someone die of substance abuse since they must've been that low to get to that point. People want him to get better because he was always a good person when he was okay.
even before he had any connections to the Kardashians, he was already loved by many sports fans that knew of his backstory, how much of a kindhearted individual he is, and his present struggles already.. add all of those fans and the avid KUWTK watchers who learned about him as a person and you have a large group of people that have been rooting for him even since before this happened

Your (and societies) attitude towards people who suffer from addiction is ridiculous, we should be here to support them not leave them do die because 'he did it to himself' or shun/condemn him for it
He's a famous athlete and he's had a rough life. Not that hard to see why people want him to recover By the way, I hate when people act like if you make a mistake, you deserve any negative consequence that occurs. I'm not saying you have to feel sorry for the guy or even care about him, but what's the point of bringing down a guy who's fighting for his life? And I hate when people bringing up the solider argument to try and make someone else less worthy. If you're so concerned about the lack of media coverage that wounded vets get, then go volunteer or donate to a veterans organization or something. But you don't really care about them, so don't drag them into some argument just to try and make someone's life look less noble by comparison.
The Troop thing is so overplayed just read an article on CNBC on how bad they are treated in America and it seems so many people want to use them to drag somebody else down but they don't even give a damn about the Troops themselves. The US is so fake.
