A lot of the other people she worked with are the exact opposite of pop as well.
I think she just tested the waters with everybody and will pick from the best stuff. Also she could have worked with pop producers for the obvious hit singles and worked with more indie producers for album material.

Well considering Adele's biggest hits are by Epworth and Dan Wilson, more indie producers would be for the best right XD? I don't, mind Adele going even a bit more pop, can't wait to see
